Players may request a withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from Lucky22 Me:

Lucky22 Me may delay processing a withdrawal if KYC verification is outstanding, if the account has been flagged for a security review, or if there is an active dispute related to the account. Players will be informed of any delay and provided with an estimated resolution timeframe.

• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts

• Bets placed using bonus funds on live betting markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward wagering requirements

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once Lucky22 Me's system has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference number. A bet slip prepared but not submitted, or a bet submitted during a technical disruption that does not receive a reference, is not a valid bet.
• Minimum stake: Rs 50 per bet across all sports and markets. Individual market minimums may be higher and are displayed in the bet slip.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout at Lucky22 Me is Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakhs). Accumulated winnings from accumulators are also subject to this limit per settlement event.

• Void bets: If a match, event, or market is cancelled before completion, all bets on that market are voided and stakes returned. Settled sub-markets (such as a completed innings or first map in a series) stand as settled.

• Identity fraud: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual

Players may request to close their Lucky22 Me account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, Lucky22 Me will process the remaining real money balance as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure if wagering requirements have not been met.
